Steps to Joining Our Team

Connect, Search & Apply
Review opportunities and/or connect with a recruiter through a job site such as LinkedIn. Evaluate each job’s key responsibilities and qualifications, and determine whether they match your skills and interests.

Once you’ve found a fit, complete and submit your application for the role online.

Review & Interviews
Recruiters review the applications to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications. Selected candidates will receive an email invitation that includes instructions for how to complete a digital interview/assessment. Recruiters may also request a phone screen interview.

After the applicant review process is complete (about 3-4 weeks), recruiters contact qualified candidates to schedule interviews.

Selection & Offer
At the completion of the interview process, the interview team identifies the most qualified candidate and extends a job offer.

Once the candidate accepts the job offer, the employee onboarding process begins. Non-selected candidates are also notified at this time.

  • I applied to a role. How do I know if I am still under consideration?

    Our Recruitment Team strives to get back to as many candidates as possible. However, we only reach out to those who have been selected for an initial telephone interview. If you were not selected for an interview, you will receive an email notification once the role has been filled.

  • Do you hire co-ops and interns?

    Yes. We hire a number of Co-ops and Interns throughout the year in a variety of business units such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and Human Resources. Students typically start their co-op terms with us in January, May and September. All our open Co-op and Intern roles can be found on our Job Listings page.
